CEREMONY & RECEPTION TIPS

​​

  • Most commonly, BASH is used for either a ceremony or reception, but we welcome its use for both. We recommend  hiring an event  planner however they are not required, but can be  helpful in planning the ideal solution for your event. 

  • Venue Staff will set, chairs, tables and table linens however you are responsible for setting all additional decor not purchased through venue and ensuring that the venue is left free of food and returned to its original condition upon the conclusion of your event. 

  • As an open vendor venue, you are welcome to supply your own alcohol and select your own catering providers, we provide a bartender when serving alcohol at weddings to ensure responsible consumption. 

  • Parking is located right next to our building, The Race and Liberty Lot is available to your guests with over 120 spaces. Rates start at $5 for 3 hours.
